No Show and Cancellation Policy

All the reservations are guaranteed reservations, subject to the cancellation policy stated in the reservation voucher provided by the hotel or the 3rd party on behalf of the hotel that the Guest has used to make a reservation at the hotel. If the Guest does not arrive at the resort on the day of the day of the guaranteed reservation without any prior written mutually agreed change of date or cancellation with the hotel, it is considered a “no-show”. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest a full retention charge mentioned in the reservation voucher provided by the hotel for the entire reservation. The Guest has the right to cancel the guaranteed reservations per terms and conditions stated in the reservation voucher subject to any cancellation charges or retention charges as stated in the reservation voucher.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel the guest booking in an event of Force Majeure or other acts of God such as a natural calamity. The Hotel Management retains its right to refund or retain the advance payment if the Guest cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances at their end.
